1. Call to Order at 06:32 p.m. -Present Michael Spadoni, Jim Ingham, Don Leach, Bill Schmiett, Sarah Hart, Fire Chief Gill and AC Sharon Villanueva.

of 10 April 2003 minutes. (5-0-0)

A. Parcel Tax for Sheep Ranch, Swiss
Ranch and Frecerro Road areas.

A. Approval of the 2002-2003 Budget
Revision. (5-0-0)
B. Approval of Director Schmiett
contacting Stark Realty to list the sale of the Prussian Hill property. (5-0-0)

Reports:
Director
Leach: A reporter from the Stockton
Record called requesting information about the mail
in ballot election coming up in August.
The reporter was referred to Deborah Smith at the Calaveras County Elections
Department.
Director
Spadoni: There will be a meeting at
Rail Road Flat town hall in June regarding representation
of District 2. Information about the
time and place will be emailed to the board.
Director
Hart: Will have to return to work in
June but will keep her commitment to the board.
Director
Ingham: None
Director
Schmiett: Was not able to attend this
months Foothill Fire Safe Council meeting and has no new information to pass along.

Personnel Committee:
Did meet this month. Subject
matter will be discussed in closed session.

Capital Equipment and Finance Committee: Board was given a draft of the 2003-2004
Budget. Will be an agenda item next
month.

Public Relations Committee:
No meeting this month.

A. Correspondence from
Auditor-Controller Linda Churches regarding secured property tax revenue for Sheep Ranch, Swiss Ranch
and Frecerro Road.
B. Correspondence from Tom Mitchell,
County Administrative Office explaining the Teeter Plan and how secured property tax revenue is distributed.
C. Correspondence from Department of
Finance regarding appropriations limit for fiscal year 2003-2004. The
information will be forwarded to the districts' auditor.
D. Correspondence from County Elections
Department-notice of general district election.
