STATION #1 JESUS MARIA ROAD, MOUNTAIN RANCH

Meeting: 21 August 2002

Call to Order: Director Ingham called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.

Roll Call: Jim Ingham, Michael Spadoni, Don Leach and AC Sharon Villanueva. John Logg, Phil Soria and Fire Chief Gill absent.

Introduction of Guests: None

Public Comments: None

1. Old Business:

A. Purchase of Fire Engine. Director Spadoni made a motion to approve the purchase of a Type 1 two-wheel drive Fire Engine from Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. Apparatus Contract attached. Director Leach seconded. (3-0-2)

Director Spadoni made a motion for Director Ingham and Fire Chief Gill to pursue a three (3) year contract with a $50,000.00 down payment and also to research purchasing a water tender for Station #4. Director Leach seconded. (3-0-2)
