STATION #1 JESUS MARIA ROAD, MOUNTAIN RANCH

Meeting: 15 January 2004

Call to Order: Director Schmiett called the meeting to order at 10.00 a.m.

Roll Call: Jim Ingham, Don Leach, Bill Schmiett, Fire Chief Gill and AC Sharon Villanueva. Sarah Hart and Lorene Puccetti absent.

Introduction of Guests: None

Public Comments: None

1. New Business:

A. Director Ingham made a motion to approve the purchase of a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban from Fleet Auto Sales in Utah. Director Leach seconded. (3-0-2)

B. Director Schmiett made a motion to approve the 15 January 2004 transmittal authorizing the release of the funds to pay for the 2001 Suburban. Director Leach seconded. (3-0-2)

C. Director Leach moved to approve the budget adjustment, transferring funds from the reserve to pay for the 2001 Suburban. Director Schmiett seconded. (3-0-2)

D. Director Ingham made a motion to approve Resolution 2004-01: Resolution of approval of the sale of the Prussian Hill property and authorization for Director Don Leach to sign the closing documents. (3-0-2)

Director Ingham made a motion to close special meeting at 10:05 p.m. Director Leach seconded. (3-0-2)
