2.            Training:  There were four training sessions in July with an average attendance of sixteen.  Subjects:  Calif. State Fire Marshal’s EMS-First Responder Course (45-hrs); F/F Mark Hall received CA State Firefighter I Certificate; F/F Bill Holmes received Class-B license.

 

3.            Personnel:  New volunteer firefighter, Mike Miller

5.            Apparatus: All in service, E-122 now has CCFRPD emblems and roof top numbers.

 

6.         Chiefs Association:  Extension of County's Workers Compensation Insurance coverage to fire districts until 12/31/03 per CAO Mitchell; CICCS listed personnel; upcoming training/courses available to fire agencies to meet mandates; Class-B Licensing for agencies; Apparatus purchasing;

    

7.            Miscellaneous:  C-120 and E-123 responded mutual aid to Riverside County's "Canyon Incident" 07/26/03 thru 07/29/03; two firefighters completed CISD Course 07/26/03; Chief Gill on Ca State Fire Marshall's Tire Fire Working Group; district's annual SCBA mask fit test completed; 3 personnel to makeup; 85 Chevy Blazer sold and removed from insurance coverage; District participation at the Health Fair at Railroad Flat Elementary School (5:00 p.m. thru 7:00 p.m.) October 21 2003.
