2.         Training:  There were four training sessions in June with an average attendance of fourteen.  Subjects of study were:  Wild Land Fire Operations/Structure Protection (Hands-On), CDF Apparatus Familiarization, Wild Land Live Fire Training, EMS First Responder Course.

 

3.         Personnel:  New volunteer firefighter, Mike Miller

6.         Chiefs Association: Local Gov't ICS Qualifications by Districts, Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage & choices, CISM Training, OSHA Final Investigation Report on Firefighter Fatalities in Coos Bay, Oregon,  

    

7.         Miscellaneous: New SOG-51, Care, Maintenance and Tracking of Structural & Wild land Firefighting Ensembles (PPE), District's EMS-FR Course; Annual Firefighter Physicals are being scheduled for paid staff @ MTH,
